Order

When you place an order, it will ship out within 3-5 business days(depending on your location, except Saturday and Sunday).
Please give us a note if you want to ship your package during the day, then we will use another transport unit (Ahamove or Grab).
There are three methods of payment: cash on delivery (COD), transfer payment, and MoMo.
For made-to-order, you will be charged fully when you place the order so ensure that you have already made a deposit, baby!

Tracking orders

When your order ships you'll get an email with the tracking information. Sometimes it takes a day or two for the tracking to update..
You can also log in to your customer account and view/track your order, baby!

Changes/cancellations

Baby, if you need to change or cancel your order, contact us ASAP through IG or FB. Otherwise, you can reply directly to your order confirmation email. If the order hasn't been shipped or prepared, we're happy to accommodate you.

Shipping

Shipping time depends on your location. It usually takes 2-7 business days (except Saturday and Sunday). We use Viettel Post for our regular shipping option. We also offer other options to upgrade your shipping for faster service (during the day). Please send us messages for more information, baby!

Problem with order

Let us know within 3 days of receiving your order if something is wrong- incorrect or damaged items, etc. and don't forget to include pictures and videos of unboxing. We'll take care of you, angels!

Returns and Changes Sizes

You have 3 days when you receive your order to return items (only apply for faulty items) or change sizes, baby!
To make a return (only apply for faulty items), please send us messages with pictures and videos of the unboxing (it is a must) then we will process your order.
The items are returned or can change to other sizes only if they are in new condition, have tags attached, have no strange smell, have adequate packaging, etc.
All intimates (bras, panties, and bikinis) are non-return or can not change into other sizes so please check before you purchase!
All discounted items are non-return and can not change sizes, baby!
At last, we cannot change sizes or return any items that are over the 3 days you receive your orders so you need to place a new order with the sizes/items you want, angels!
